We have a bold ambition to make lives better and it's something we try to achieve in everything we do. We're dedicated to providing our customers with great service and helping them to find the right type of credit card to suit their needs.

Our ambition to make lives better goes further than this. We're also committed to doing everything we can (and more) to support our communities, the environment and our employees. In 2011, 74% of our employees took part in at least one of the community programmes we run. We think financial education is really important too, so we're also focusing our efforts on helping people to understand the world of credit so they can manage their money confidently and responsibly. So far more than 6.5 million people have watched our Credit Made Clearer videos, which we created to help people understand the world of credit and we're working in partnership with many local and national organisations to roll out further projects to help educate young people about financial matters.
