Chief Marketing Officer
Amy began her Capital One career in 2003 as a business analyst at our corporate headquarters in McLean, Virginia. While in McLean, Amy built a diverse background in both the credit card and instalment loan lines of business, leading teams across product development, underwriting, and marketing.
Before taking on the role of UK Chief Marketing Officer in 2014, Amy led the US No Hassle Rewards program and worked to strengthen customer engagement, digital engagement, and advocacy for rewards credit cardholders.
Prior to joining Capital One, Amy earned her undergraduate degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. She also earned an M.B.A., with honours and distinction, from Columbia University.
