Call Centre Staff


Our call centre is a great place to work. Call Centre associates are our direct liaison to the most important people, our customers. As these roles are essential to our success, we provide professional training and ensure there is continuous support from our team leaders.

We like to be flexible, so we offer full time, temporary and short-term contract options. If you choose full time, that means working 37½ hours a week. Weekend work and shifts are the norm with hours falling between 7.30am and 9.00pm.

Roles & Salary

Collections Call Centre Associate - You will have tact, diplomacy and problem solving skills. You will be able to negotiate effective payment solutions for customers who are in financial difficulty, which suit both our needs and those of the customer. What makes this role so special is how incredibly rewarding it can be when you've just helped someone find a solution to a difficult problem, or you've managed to turn an uncomfortable situation around. There's simply no better feeling. Salary - £14,400 plus incentive scheme.

Sales Call Centre Associate - You will use your excellent rapport-building skills, when speaking to customers who are calling to activate their account. Using your influencing skills you will educate the customer on the quality products and services we have available. What's more there is NO COLD CALLING. If it's money that motivates you then you will love the bonuses offered in Sales. Salary - £14,400 plus bonuses.

Fraud Associate - Handling inbound & outbound calls, you will investigate card authorisation, theft and application fraud. You will help customers who may suspect unusual activity on their accounts. Using your common sense and our sophisticated tools, you will assess the validity of claims. Salary - £14,400

Recoveries Associate - As the name suggests, Recoveries is a specialist department which deals with debt recovery. You will be responsible for providing a consultative service to customers who are in exceptional financial difficulty. This may include cases of severe hardship where you will use your empathy and sensitivity in order to assist the customer in finding a solution. Salary - £15,600 plus bonuses.
