Finance

Our Finance department is central to every transaction that our business carries out. The department is responsible for reporting the company's accounts to external bodies like the Financial Services Authority.

If you have an innate ability to drive revenue and understand the complexities of cost management so that you can make quick, well-informed commercial decisions, you'll feel right at home here.

We'd expect you to have an accountancy background - fully or partly qualified and be numerate and analytical. It's a fast-paced business, so you need to be able to think on your feet and get to the crux of the matter quickly. In line with our collaborative culture, finance associates do not operate in an isolated bubble. You'll be continually in contact with other departments, so good interpersonal skills are essential.

Procurement & vendor management

Many of our procurement and vendor management teams have high-level qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and are rightly seen as trusted experts able to deliver value to the company.

The wide-ranging roles extend into the strategy, processes, directions and performance elements of our business. We make sure we are buying the products and services our business needs in order to thrive. As experienced professionals, we aim to negotiate what's right for the business- and we are in no way daunted by the responsibility. And we don't just manage the obvious. You may be surprised to learn that we oversaw the sponsorship deal Capital One signed with the football club Nottingham Forest.

We help drive Business Process Reengineering and implement ground-breaking outsourcing deals. There are great opportunities here for experienced procurement and vendor management professionals. You will need the skills of a top business consultant and the desire to excel in the face of challenges.
