It's a strategic position, maximising what our associates get out of their jobs, and we boast a variety of different teams. There's Resourcing, where we manage all external and internal recruitment, liaise with department heads on recruitment strategies, manage resourcing projects and run assessment days. Or our Capital One University, which has a central role in developing and implementing training programmes. Alternatively there's Associate Relations, which is integral to performance management, policy and procedures. Other teams also manage business-wide communications and drive HR strategy in all areas of the company.
