You'll get to where you want to be faster with us. That's because Capital One is one of the largest financial services companies in the world. We're always on the lookout for the very best graduates to join our team of Business Analysts at our Nottingham head office. You'll be at the forefront of our company from day one, in a position where your ideas really count. You could change the way we do business forever.

When you join us, you'll have an intensive induction to help you settle in, meet the team and bring your technical and presentation skills up to speed. After that, you'll be ready to hit the ground running - starting with a live three-month project to put your new knowledge into practice and develop your skills in the real world.

Then you'll spend the rest of your first year getting to grips with your new role. Once you've mastered it, you'll start spending time in other areas of the business, doing a new role every six to nine months. This is a great way to experience different areas of the company and meet new teams of people along the way. It'll broaden your skill set, keep you on your toes and make every day exciting.

We'll ask a lot of you, but you're never on your own. We do everything we can to support our graduates on their path as future leaders. When you start with us, both your manager and a recent joiner will mentor you. There'll also be a director who'll take a particular interest in your development. Our open plan office and laid-back culture mean it's easy to pipe up if you have a question or need advice.

We fast track our high performers and once promoted to Senior Manager, we'll sponsor you through an MBA at a top business school.
