Holiday Entitlement

At Capital One we believe everyone deserves time to relax and recharge, so we provide a generous paid holiday programme.

  • 25 days of paid holiday, 8 bank holidays
  • The option to carry over up to five days to the next year

Also, dependent on eligibility, you can also buy and sell up to 5 days of your holiday.
 

Work life balance is very important to us so we support you where we can. If the needs of the business allow and your manager agrees, you may be able to work flexibly or take a short sabbatical of up to 3 months for example.
