We are delighted to be able to recognise the time and effort our employees put into fundraising and volunteering, and to endorse and offer donation schemes that make every penny count.

Matched funding enables employees to apply for Capital One to match (or part-match) the amount they have raised for charity in their own time.

Community Investment Grants acknowledge the commitment of employees who donate more than 50 hours a year of their own time to voluntary service - with a financial grant to benefit their charity.

Pennies from heaven allows employees to automatically donate the pennies in their pay cheques to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Give as you earn is encouraged as a tax efficient way for employees to donate to their favourite charity straight from their pay packets.
