Capital One has announced that it is once again teaming up with MasterCard to make its Capital One Cashback with World™ MasterCard® available to consumers.
 

Cardholders will earn 4% cashback on the first £1,500 of purchases per statement period until 1st August 2008, and 1% cashback on the first £1,500 of purchases each statement period after this. In addition to this cashback they will also will receive travel assistance and insurance. The free travel benefits include accident, personal effects, cancellation and missed departure insurance.
 

Cardholders will also benefit from Capital One's unique Identity Theft Assistance, which includes a free Identity Alert service that will alert them by email if someone applies for credit in their name, two free credit reports per year and a free named advisor to provide help at every stage of the recovery and resolution process should they become a victim of identity theft.
