After you've made a complaint

  • We'll get in touch, so you know we've got your complaint.
  • We'll try to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. We aim to give a final response to your complaint within 8 weeks, or 15 days if it is about a payment or a transaction. If it's complicated, we'll use a specialist team to look into things. This may take a little extra time, but we'll keep you up to date with what's happening.
  • We'll let you know the outcome.
