It can take up to five working days from the date you make a payment for it to reach us and be processed. If it’s been longer than this, we recommend that you check with your bank first, before contacting us.
If you miss a payment, or you make a payment after the due date, we’ll add interest and fees to your account. Missed payments can show on your credit file and affect your credit score for up to 6 years.

When to call us:
If the transaction is not on your account

More ways to contact us
Call Charges: Calls to 0800 are free if made from a UK landline or personal mobile. Calls to 03 numbers are charged at the same rate as dialling an 01 or 02 number. If your fixed line or mobile service has inclusive minutes to 01/02 numbers, then calls to 03 are counted as part of this inclusive call volume. Non-BT customers and mobile phone users should contact their service providers for information about the cost of calls.
