The new version will be available soon and we’ll send you an email so you can update it when it's ready. When you open it you’ll notice the new design, but the most important changes are under the surface. We’ve rebuilt the app from the ground up to make it easier to use and ready for the future. 

Don’t worry, the important features haven’t moved, so you won’t have to relearn how to use it. 

Since we launched the app ten years ago, it has become the main way to manage your card. 

To keep up with your needs, we wanted an app that is ready for the future. That means an app that’s quicker to update with new features and fix if there’s a bug. 

We’ve redesigned 350 screens and we’ve kept the layout familiar.

• Familiar navigation - Important things like payments and transactions are in the same place. Anything that has moved will feel intuitive. 
• Driven by customer insight - We’re calling it a makeover but really, it’s deeper than that. The design of the app has been guided by real customer insight and testing. It should be easier than ever for you to do what you need to do in the app. 
• Switching between cards - If you have more than one card, you can now move between them without logging in twice.
• Easier to understand - We’ve created some new icons that will help you understand your spending at a glance. 
• Built for everyone - Some parts of our app were 10 years old. We’ve refreshed those screens to make sure they meet our high standards of accessibility.

Before launching, we’ve tested the app with our customers. This will help us make sure the app works straight away and we’ve also collected feedback so we know what to improve next. 

This update is just the start. Because of the way we've rebuilt the app, we can give you the latest features much faster.
